A Cinematic Opera Game
A journey through human history, 5 years in the making.
Digital Renaissance In Form and Time
DRIFT is a single feminine oracle that travels through human history. It is the reclamation of Ashley's lost vision as an opera star who lost her voice. — for a time —
This five-year cinematic opera game traces the rise of artificial intelligence through music, story, and interactive experience. Twenty real people appear in the trailer alone — not replacing humans. Showing them in a new way. Mythically.
The trailer features photographer Chris Jordan — whose photographs serve as immersive worlds inside the project, scenes built on the spine of his work, with Jordan appearing within them — and Mohamedou Ould Slahi, author of Guantánamo Diary.
Created by Ashley Elizabeth Wilson — vocalist, artist, composer, and director. She is the last Lamperti — of the Giovanni Lamperti lineage through her vocal coach Edward Crader — to make her debut.
DRIFT is her ark of return.
